On the Linux Questions home web page there is a link called, "contact us." When you click on the "Contact Us" it opens up a page that you can fill in and ask for your previous information. I have never used the form  so I do not know what will happen. I think if your tell them your name, and e-mail address, and it is still in their files, than they will probably just send you your old username. Here is a screen shot of the Linux Questions home web page.
