Members DaveW
Remind people to introduce themselves. The general flow of things on this forum is that false teachers either do not introduce themselves at all, or at best in a very limited way. Press them for a testimony of salvation and for a clear statement of association - which church do they go to? At the very least what group the church they go to belongs to. It is entirely reasonable to ask, but history tells us that the false teachers refuse. John Young, OFIB Preacher and 1Timothy115
Members Doc Flay
What would be a indication of a false teacher, and or, how could I identify his or her, false doctrine.
Members DaveW
The point is that any visitor should be happy to give a basic run down of their spiritual position. If they refuse to do so it might indicate that their motives are other than for fellowship or learning. Alan and No Nicolaitans
Members No Nicolaitans
Fellowshipping is great! ...just as long as I can continue posting my heresies! Who cares if I believe that portions of the Bible are mistranslated...I can still twist scripture to my personal agenda...despite what the Lord says! Trust me...I know more than the one who inspired the scriptures! 'Cause I study phrophesizin' n'stuff. Alan and DaveW
