Well, I just don't know what pixie face is, even after looking up pixie. :uuhm:

My parents called me Pixie when I was a little girl. Hmmm? I wonder which definition they were referring too. :puzzled:

You brining up the routine reminded me of something that took place this past Sunday morning when the wife and I were getting ready for church.

My wife has said countless times that I cannot match up colors. Last Sunday morning she asked me, "Jerry which pair of shoe goes with this dress?"

I stand there looking like this. :eek Probably I was looking a bit stupefied, well maybe much stupefied.

Finally she asked me, "What's wrong?"

I replied, "And how many time have you told me I cannot match up colors, and now you've got the nerve to ask me which pair of shoes goes best with that dress!"

Women, I'll never understand them!

What is a pixie face? I do have dark hair but it is straight as a board. I am very short (4' 11.75") but I am fat. And yes I do like to shoot guns.

A pixie face has small, fine features--think fairy...can be mischievous-looking, and adventurous. Think slightly upturned nose, small chin, big eyes. It's a compliment.

My mom says that women have to be like that if men actually figured us out it would be boring to be married to one.

Your mom is right, Kayla. :thumb

Well, I love the Jerry in a sweat suit coment I must say.

I am 6 ft 4 in tall, weighing in at 315 pounds. *(gained some weight when I retired, workin to get it off) The other deputies used to tease me about when the bullets started to fly they would just get behind me and use me for the shield. You can see my picture on the church website under "about us" and then click on "associate Pastor".

I see you all with little gold halos over your heads :saint  :Bleh  :thumb

You made me think of the 2 men who had a bear chasing after them. The one running behind said, "You know we can't out run that bear?" The man running in front replied, "All that I have to do is out run you!" :uuhm:

I think many expect the leaders in the community who dress in nice clothes to do their work and never have dirty hands nor real work clothes on to be the ones in church who are in the leadership positions.

Havent been on for years, but have been studying with Jews for Jesus weekly Bible Study which has been wonderful.  Not sure any of your views on that group, but if you are from a Jewish background a great place to be grounded in the word and to learn.

I am a researcher and writer at Watch Unto Prayer which I started 25 years ago. On this website there are many well-documented articles and audio programs by myself and other researchers whose ministry is to expose the endtime apostasy of the Church. Now more than ever Christians need information in order to identify and avoid the various deceptions that are in nearly all the churches.
My husband and I attended the IFB Bible Baptist Church of James Knox a couple of years ago. We left the church after we were informed by the assistant pastor that we were not allowed to express views to other members that do not agree with the views of the pastor and leaders of the church. We were not introducing heresy but expressing our views concerning the State of Israel. We had never been in a church which forbade private conversations on issues where there are diverse opinions. This we recognized as cultlike control of church members. To inform Christians, my husband, who is also a researcher and writer, started a website on the subject: Zionism Exposed: A Watchman Ministry.

Brother Tony, I read your reply on Anderson, I know you all think I'm argumentative but, when you don't agree.....the first thought I had is, I wish you would introduce me to the guy that hasn't sinned, maybe David, that had a man killed so he could commit adultery, yet, he was & is a man after Gods own heart, or maybe Paul the guy that persecuted and had Christians killed, or maybe Richg or Kent H, or even you ! I used to listen to personalities also when I was younger but today and for some time, my only concern is, does it line up with scripture & to me its hilarious that you think "I'm in a fix" LOL, I interpreted what we've discussed perfectly, not because I'm smart, but because with an open mind to things of God, its an easy read.
