Members Maxmya Posted August 2, 2008 Members Share Posted August 2, 2008 Danieal Kelly, a disabled teen, died from neglect after weighing only 42 pounds. Her mother was charged with murder for letting her daughter get proper medical care. Four social workers were charged also with charges ranging from involuntary manslaughter to perjury. It is appalling that social services would allow this to happen in Philadelphia, Pa. God's judgment will fall on these people for their treatment of this young teen who had cerbral palsy!
