Members MountainChristian
When I read "this generation" I saw it as only being Jews, in parts of the gospels. It occurred to me that I have been excluding all of my gentile peoples before Jesus was put to death. I include them at the end of Jesus life, the trial and death but before then I don't. I included them at the end of time but for some reason left out the Romans, and the neighboring communities where Jesus done mighty works, why? I don't know, blindness I guess. None of the gentile Romans who Jesus helped stepped forward to talk to Pontius Pilate. None of the common gentiles who Jesus cured came forward to help Pilate. So when Jesus was saying this generation it meant more than just the Jewish leadership. If I have posted anything about this and caused someone to stumble, please forgive me. I need to confess this fault.Ken
