Members Miss Daisy
What's the ambient temperature have to do with it, my favorite time to eat ice cream is when it's 10-30 degrees (F.) outside (I DON'T like my ice cream to melt when I'm trying to eat it!!). Besides, people drink coffee even in summer. We're talking apples and oranges now. Coffee is different!

Administrators HappyChristian Posted September 6, 2013 Administrators Share Posted September 6, 2013 Oh, I love iced mocha! It's just so good. But a good tip for saving money would be: don't buy it! It adds up quickly.
Moderators Salyan Posted September 6, 2013 Moderators Share Posted September 6, 2013 Haven't tried iced coffee. But a good iced cappuchino at Timmies is the best thing for summer they've invented yet!
Administrators HappyChristian Posted September 6, 2013 Administrators Share Posted September 6, 2013 Well, technically, cappuchino is coffee...
Moderators Salyan Posted September 6, 2013 Moderators Share Posted September 6, 2013 True dat. But iced coffee up here is just cold coffee, and iced capps are frothy and thick like a milkshake. Mmmm!!
Members heartstrings
I've tried Starbucks Iced coffee one time and and McDaniels. IMO McDaniels tastes much better than Starbucks and is cheaper. But even that's a occasional splurge because 99% of the time I'm drinking plain old black coffee, brewed at home, with a little sugar which saves lots of $$$. I like ice cream when it's partially melted, especially if I'm having something with it.
Administrators HappyChristian Posted September 6, 2013 Administrators Share Posted September 6, 2013 I like ice cream in any form. heart - I don't care for Starbucks. I agree that McDonald's is better and cheaper. Burger King's is even better and a bit cheaper than McD's. But still, costly...

Members Invicta
We could get rid of our cats and dogs and save masses on Vet's bills. I had to take my cat to the vet today for a blood test, because she fought them, they couldn't get the blood and they had to keep her in (hospitalization bill) till this evening. Gave free anesthetic, free x ray but it still cost nearly as much as my Specsavers spectacles, variofocal and reactalight. I have to take her back on Monday, so no doubt another bill. Should we even be keeping cats and dogs, seeing as they are unclean animals?
