Do the "reformed" let little kids sing "Jesus Loves Me" in their churches?
I guess the little kids in their VBS should sing it this way "Jesus loves me, maybe so, only the elect will know, certain ones may not belong, if john 3:16 is wrong."
What about "Jesus Loves the Little Children...all the children of the world"? I guess it would have to be "Jesus loves the little children, all
who are pre-des-tin-a-ted" Hey that doesn't rhyme.

What about "Once for All"? Nah...better not sing that one... http://www.cyberhymnal.org/htm/f/r/freefrom.htm

I know I'm new here, but I have to say that some of the topics are .... disturbing. I grew up in the Brethren and am very aware of the teaching of dispensationalism and election. I do not agree with it. This does not give me the right to bash other God-fearing, godly Christians, who ARE my brother's and sister's in Christ whether I agree with them or not. Scripture tells us to "edify" and "encourage" one another, does this type of topic actually do that? I'm not trying to be some "holier-than-thou" kinda gal, it's just that these types of conversations become traps to many Christians. We'll spend more time pointing fingers at each other, and whose doctrine is closest to scripture, that we take our eyes off Him and stumble. I don't know anyone on this site, but what if a young person, or young believer, were stumbled by this, would it not trouble you?

1 Thess 5:11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another.
Eph. 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Do they sing, "Forced Grace," or Amazing Grace?" Seems it ought to be their first, being as they teach that God offers them irresistible grace, or so much grace they're forced to be saved against their will.

Someone once told me that the church of Christ now sings "Amazing Baptizing," instead of "Amazing Grace," being as they claim its the amazing baptizing that saves a person.

Now it is time for me to step out of my shell and let go... I AM STRICT KJV!... In scripture God said he would preserve his word... Well did he or didn't he?... If there is every translation under the sun, then he didn't but I KNOW HE DID!... The preserved word of God called the KJV is for the English people has been around for over 400 years and what is interesting to me, is the KJV was translated in 1611 and the Pilgrims landed on Plymouth Rock in 1620... Coincidence?... A new book the preserved KJV word of God for the New World... So take that you KJV naysayers... I have been reading, studying and digging through the KJV for over 50 years... My belief is 100% Christ and scripture says so... Glad to be here and its time to take these shackles off!
John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

Praise God I found such a powerhouse of the outpouring of His Spirit and unapologetic in regards of the defense of the KJV Bible. When I became a Christian back in 1984, I was told to get & read the KJV. It's been my choice all these years.

Also, the land in Egypt wasn't land God gave them it was land Joseph through Pharaoh gave them. God gave them Canaan.
