Hawaii can say anything, but why have they not presented a certified copy of his birth certificate? What does his birth certificate, if they have it, say which they don't want revealed?

You can do a search and find plenty of information on how much money has been spent to keep his birth certificate, his college transcript and other information sealed and out of the public eye. Other presidents, and even most who run for office, willingly provide these so why does Obama hide his?

Why wouldn't he run for president if he knows the Dem Party and liberal media will cover for him? Most in the Dem Party and those on the Left don't like that the Constitution establishes a natural citizen requirement so they are more than happy to flaunt the law.

Romney's birth certificate is available. Other presidents were known to have been born in America and their birth certificates were made available upon request, along with their college transcripts and other information.

First, he was born in Hawaii. That fact is documented. He produced the document, and even it is questioned.

Second, even if he was born in Kenya, his mother is a US citizen, unquestionably, making him a U.S. Citizen and eligible to be President. The Constitution is followed. Nowhere does it demand that you be born on US soil. You must be a natural born citizen. Obama was born to a mother who was a US citizen, making him clearly a natural born citizen.

The US Constitution requires one to be a "natural born citizen." It does not say "a citizen born on US soil." A natural born citizen means one who is a US citizen by virtue of his or her birth. A person born to someone who is a US citizen, is a US citizen by virtue of his or her birth, it does not matter where the birth took place. The Constitution does not require one to be born on US soil or within the borders of the United States. It is simply not there.

A naturalized citizen is one who is not a US citizen when he or she is born, but becomes a citizen under the immigration laws. A natural born citizen is one who obtains US citizenship by virtue of their birth.

Under what authority do you say one has to be born on US soil? This has perplexed me since this controversy was first stirred up.

Its the rules, it came up with Mr. McCain. His father was in the Air Force, stationed over seas when he was born, & Mr. McCain was born on a U. S Military base, so that made him legal to run for president of this country. If they had not been in the Military service, he would not have been leage to run for the office of president.

“Hawaii duped Arizona” in its response to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request to verify Barack Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election, charges the lead investigator of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse.

“We have developed incontrovertible proof that the verification provided by the Hawaii Department of Health to Arizona’s secretary of state on May 22 really doesn’t verify anything of significance,” said Mike Zullo, who is in Hawaii to follow up on his team’s initial findings concerning Obama’s birth record.

Zullo – who met with Hawaii Department of Health officials in Honolulu the day before the letter to Bennett was issued – said that after he returns to Phoenix to brief Arpaio, the sheriff will schedule a press conference “at the earliest possible date in June.”

It seems he & his vice president should be removed from office until there is absolute proof he is qualified to hold this office. And his reelection campaign stopped right now. Why both of them, if Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen them they were elected based of fraud against the people of this United States & the election is of no effect, void, null, & they both your be arrested, tried, if found guilty punished to the full extent of the law just as in other common criminal.

That's one of the main reasons so many politicians are silent on this. If it became clear Obama is not legally able to be president, that would mean the election of 2008 was actually invalid so Obama and Biden would both have to be removed from office.

This would create a huge mess, and could possibly cause a constitutional crisis if Obama/Biden resisted efforts to remove them and fought to hold their positions.

Most politicians fear such a mess, they fear how some of the mess may harm their careers. They would rather stick their heads in the ground than risk discovering an uncomfortable truth.
