Members BlessedChristianlady8
I am waiting to get my teeth worked on and I have a few teeth I can chew well with. I tried chicken, chicken soup anything that I need to chew and I keep in shouting in pain while I eat. What can I eat until I get into a dentist? Members farouk
Can you manage chunky soup? there are various varieties and some of them are quite nutritious. Hope it goes well at the dentist...
Members John81
Try nutrition shakes or make a smoothie or mix some protein powder with milk. All of those will provide what the body needs and if done well, they can be very filling and satisfying. Big plus, no chewing necessary! Administrators HappyChristian Posted July 25, 2011 Administrators Share Posted July 25, 2011 Watermelon is good and easy to chew. Applesauce. Mashed potatoes. Creamed corn. You could cook some hamburger (or any kind of meat, actually) and then put it in a food processor to almost puree (complete puree would probably be too gross to eat... ) Soft cheese, scrambled eggs would be good for additional protein. And, of course, ice cream!! Hope you can make it to the dentist soon - teeth problems are so painful!
Members farouk
RFe. hamburgers, don't grill them too much; I tend to over-grill them, and they can be a bit hard on the teeth. (But make sure of course that they are still grilled enough.) Edited July 25, 2011 by farouk
