Looking for a certain older preacher.

Back when I was younger and lived in NC, I used to listen to Pastor Charles Webb, of the Northwest Baptist Church, of Greensboro, NC, on "The Message Of The Cross Radio Broadcast." He was there for many years and left in either the late 90s, or early 00s.
During the broadcast's peak, Brother Webb was heard on Sunday morning from 9:00-9:30AM and Wednesday morning from 10:15-10:30AM, on WPET, Greensboro. The church has gone through several pastors since then, but that's for another time.
Brother Webb was an older man and if I remember correctly, his health may have been a factor in him leaving the church. If I remember correctly again, he was from east TN and may have gone back there. The only one I can find on the net, is in IN and for some reason or other, I just don't think that's him. Does anybody know of whom I speak? If so, do you know where he is now, or if he's even still living?
