Good question. For me, Revelation prophecies are especially hard to comprehend, in part to the imagry used. As to why they were included in scripture, I think you'll find that a lot of early Christians had a hard time accepting not only Revelation, but also Hebrews, James, 2 John, 3 John, 2 Peter and Jude. Still today, the Orthodox Church, though it acknowledges that Revelation is divinely inspired, does not read it during the liturgy.

Faith! I wonder at the circumstances of the O.T. prophesies and of the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ. We know God keeps some things to Himself? Many living before Christ

Thanks, I have them downloaded...wish there were a purely text version for personal notes while reading and for section/chapter/subpart linking. There was a text version of some volumes on line, but the site doesn't seem to be around now.

There were a couple of sets on sale a few months ago. The asking price for both was several thousand dollars.

$s too steep for me! I would like to find the text versions. I copy the out of print books (text files) into MS Word and link the chapters and sub-sections. Easier referencing for study. If you see it in text let me know. Thanks!

We have no idea what man will understand in the future. All we do is trust that God's Word is without error and that "if God says it that settles it!" The Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth.

As the prophecy is fulfilled, It proves the Bible is God's word and current! It is so exciting to see everything coming into place for the day of the Lord.
