Guest Guest
That is possible. It certainly is an unknown creature today what ever it was.
Members deputydog530
I have always been facinated by this portion of the Bible. I think ICR has some information on a theory as to what it was. I said T-Rex then had to edit it. That was a possible reference to Behemoth. It is fun to try to imagine it. Members Wilchbla
In Isaiah 27:1 leviathan is definitely Satan. Isaiah 27:1- In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea. cf Revelation 13:1- And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. and... Revelation 12:9- And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. I don't think the Lord 's gonna take time out to kill a crocodile or hippopatamus at his return. In Job 41, though, whatever it is it's a TYPE of Satan but probably somekind of extinct dinosaur.
