We don't, but, we've considered doing it. We have had to spend on the average of $125-145 per week on groceries. We have a high state sales tax since we have no state income tax. It adds anywhere from 8-11 0/0 to the grocery bill. Would it be worth it for just two people?

Science has been proven time and again to be flawed and a matter of opinion in many things. That's why there are so many scientists who disagree with each other. Theories can be and often are flawed. Their premises are flawed, usually disregarding God, creation, the fall of man, and the flood.

No...I wouldn't be interested. Those kinds of statements show the beliefs of that church and who/what their god is.

I'm thankful that this was only given to Israel, and not to the Gentiles. I don't think I would want any of my brothers raising up seed for me if I was to die. I believe I'm the only one amongst my brothers that hasn't been arrested or spent time in prison. Don't get me wrong. They're not bad people, but they have made some really bad choices at times which they've had to pay for.

I've been acquainted with several people who have ended up being arrested for sexual abuse grooming, etc. The pastor of the church that had the first Bible college I went to had his son as youth pastor. That son was arrested for sexual abuse and grooming. I believe he's in prison at present. The former youth pastor at the church my wife and I are members of was arrested and charged with those things. It truly seems that this kind of thing is prevalent amongst our churches, and that is sad.

I've had many college professors (secular mostly, but a few "Christian" colleges and universities) tell me that this is one of the 'contradictions' in the Bible. I don't believe that to be the case. Sometimes I have to wrack my brain as well. But, there's got to be an answer.

He asked for something specific....All here take God at his word, I would believe. It's good to know that you believe every dot, crossed T's, etc. Now, what about the 3 days & 3 nights... where and how were they spent? Any input?

I'm really not sure what to call him. He doesn't seem to stand for the fundamentals of the faith. I think I would consider calling him an apostate leader of a renegade group of heretics. If that's too strong for some people's sensibilities I guess that's just too bad. I call them as I see them compared to scripture.?

I like CT, but, I also like ME. At one time my wife and I considered moving to ME to help in church planting. I don't recall the mans name, but he had already been there with his wife for nearly 10 years.

Tonight my wife made cheeseburger macaroni for supper. It's been a while since we had this, and we wanted something quick and easy since we skipped lunch. There's enough for two more days. It was so good especially with that can of rotelle added for heat! ??

It's that way in our church. And when we have a quorum that won't be in the pastors favor, the business meeting is conveniently cancelled. My wife and I have had our fill of these tactics. We're hoping to visit a couple of churches over the next month or so.

It's very possible. I'll have to do more research on it. Never quite looked at it that way.
