BT, I agree with you. I have been a member of a super-small church for over 30 years. We have been called a MASH church. People come in hurting, get patched up and God moves them on. One year we lost about 50% of the members. No one went away mad. It was changes in jobs that moved them to other geographic locations. 
It is family. For me I could never be in a large or mega church. 

BT, I am curious. Which did/do you enjoy more, mega churches, large churches, medium size, or small churches? 
 

I do not believe the structure of music makes it either good or bad. Perhaps from a cultural viewpoint. But even culturally would be a stretch in my mind. I do not understand your statement 'biblical separation' when it comes to music. To me the words would make the difference. 

A young friend of mine, a minister in California posted the following on social media.

We went to a consensus rule. Like the Quakers, if everyone does not agree, it does not pass. Of course, a person can abstain. We see that as saying, I do not totally agree. But if a consensus is reached I can live with it.

Sometimes. Not as much as when I was involved in the Lay Renewal Movement.  However, learning how people act and react across cultures can help in approaching others with Christ? Agree?
One quick example. Touching or rubbing the head of a child in our culture is acceptable, a sign of friendship. However, never touch the head of a Thai child. It is very insulting in their culture. 

I don't need scripture. Part of my personal beliefs is that we are each responsible for ourselves. Don't worry about others. Put no one on a pedestal and expect more of them than of yourself. 
It is also my personal belief that if you are a Christian you are a minister. There are ministers who are hired by the church. Their job is to prepare the other ministers (all of us) for our ministries in the world. They  cannot go into all the areas of our worlds. Only we can and it is our job to minister there. For instance, where I worked no one without a clearance could come into the building. My pastor/preacher could not enter. Thus, it was up to other Christians who worked there to take Christ into that building.
 
That does not mean I should expect more of them than of myself.

Do you need a specific scripture to believe you should hold yourself to a high standard? Isn't it common sense if you are a Christian? 
What scripture do you use to justify the standard you hold for yourself?

Get to the point Jeff. No one knows what you are asking about. Just asking random questions makes no sense.

If someone kills a brother,  what then?   Are they guilty ?  Are they held accountable by God ?  Does God Punish them ?   (according to the Bible)
 

And there is equipment designed to be used in the action of an assault. No private citizen needs assault equipment. 
Pure myth. We had no professional standing army at that time. Now if you are a strict constitutionalist, and conservatives claim they are, then it is constitutional to own a flint-lock rifle, but not a modern assault weapon.

Well, the Bible talks about the 4 corners of the earth. There are no corners. 
Genesis Ch. No. 1 Verses No. 3 and 5,…‘Light was created on the first day.’ Genesis, Ch., 1 Verses, 14 to 19… ‘The cause of light - stars and the sun, etc. was created on the fourth day’.  How can the cause of light be created on the 4th day - later than the light which came into existence on the first day?

You are correct. Dictatorship can occur in both directions. 
The Baptist church I attend went to a consensus program in our business meetings. A majority cannot rule. We do not vote. We simply say, "Is there a consensus?"  So far it has worked well. 
Ours is a very lay-led church and that has worked well also. And during worship it is not just adults who are included. We used kids for various tasks, such as taking up the offering and when older reading scripture. 

Plagiarism would bother me.

LOL  I know when we recarpeted my MIL's home, it was only one week before we had a hot buttered biscuit with strawberry jam fall onto the carpet butter side down!
