  1. Babies most certainly do not go to Hell. This is false. In 2 Samuel 12:23 it says, " But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me. David was going to see him in Heaven that is why he said, I shall go to him. Absalom on the other hand probably did not go to Heaven that is why David mourned so much. 2Samuel 18:33 And the king was much moved, and went up to the chamber over the gate, and wept: and as he went, thus he said, O my son Absalom, my son, my son Absalom! would God I had died for thee, O Absalom, my son, my son! This was a much different response than with the baby that died. There was a lot less hope. 2 Samuel 18:18 Now Absalom in his lifetime had taken and reared up for himself a pillar, which is in the king's dale: for he said, I have no son to keep my name in remembrance: and he called the pillar after his own name: and it is called unto this day, Absalom's place. Another person who went to his own place was Judas. That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place. Acts 1:25
