Rosie,
I am very happy to know that these devotions are a blessing to you. It is my hope that you, and the other folks on OnLine Baptist, can find comfort in your hearts and edification in your life, through these devotions.
Brethren,
It is a blessing in my heart when I hear a response from anybody who is blessed with these devotions. Your comments are appreciated, welcomed, and encouraged.

Ronda,
Thank you very much for your comments. It will indeed be a day of awe when we stand before the presence of the Lord Jesus and God the Father.
King David brought out, "He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name." Psalm 111:9
Thank you again for reminding us of the reverence due to God and the worship due to His name and work.
Regards,
Alan

Brethren
May God bless your soul with the song, 'To God Be the Glory.'

Since the days of Cain and Abel there have been righteous and unrighteous men on the face of this earth. Like Abel, we need to do right in spite of the evil in this life.
"Holy, Holy, Holy," in a good hymn that we need to remember in our hearts.
May God bless all of you in your daily walk with the Lord Jesus.

Thank you for your thoughts and devotion. We should be more sincere and thoughtful in our prayers.

After reading this devotion, and looking at my own life, my thoughts concerning the stubborness of my, or our own will, brought me to Proverbs 14:6, "A scorner seekieth wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth."
Thank you for the good devotion.

Bro. Foley,
Thank you for the fine expostion, and devotion, on Luke 21:5-8. I particulary find the portion on James 4:1-7, (leading up to Ephesians 6:13-17), very meaningful. You are correct, mankind is using the wrong methods in this spiritual warfare. May God bless you and lead you as you serve the Lord.

Dave,
I would consider it an honor for you, or anybody else that you or anybody on OnLine Baptist, to post in on your church notice board.
I am the author. I have made gospel tracts, in Chinese, and in English, worded slighly different than the above devotion. All of the material, inclding the tracts, are not copyrighted. If you, or any other church or individual, would like some of the tracts I mail them free of charge any where in the world. All I need is an address.
We hope the best for your child learning Chinese Mandarin. It is a complicated spoken and written language. Most folks give up after awhile due to the complexity.

Covenanter,
Thank you very much of rhe sermon on Habakkuk and reference to Britian becoming an land of infidels.
At one time Britian, like America, was a great country due to the work and faith of Christians. America is in sad decline through many reasons. One of which is the open acceptance of sin, contemporary (filthy) music, corrupted new translations, and non-soul winning activity in many churches.
In fact, the true soul winner is made fun of and derided by many in the denominational churches.
Not only is sin prevalent in our land but there is a tolerance of sin, worldliness, a lack of true holiness preaching in the pulpit by mainline denominations. And, when a preacher does preach against sin he is called 'legalist' or 'Pharisee' or 'non loving' and compalined about not only by the world, but by worldly saints.
I thank God in heaven by the many independent Baptist churches that are trying not only to live a holy life in these last days and try to save America from further moral and spiritual decline.
May God bless you and your efforts.

Brethren,
If any of the brethren have a song that they would like to upload that goes along with the theme of this devotion, or any other of my devotions, or a song that means a lot to you, please feel free to upload it. All I request is that any song uploaded is traditional, or classical, in nature, and not Contemporary (CCM).
Also, if you have any comments, or a testimony, that you would like to give us, on this devotion, or on a previous devotion, please feel free to express yourself.
In Christ,
