Nice to see ya here again.

  2. I attend as much as I possibly can. Sometimes I am too sick to listen to the message or I don't want to make others sick so I stay home and try to spend time with the Lord privately. Sometimes the car breaks down (like tonight ) so that I can't make it, but otherwise I am there.
  3. Seven year old girl accepted the Lord as her Savior last night! Amen!! Hallalujah!!!

Praise the Lord! It is always a joy to hear of another soul added to the kingdom of God.

  4. A seven year old girl at my church accepted the Lord as her personal Saviour just last night. Amen! Hallelujah!!

  5. I guess it is just my computer. Thanks for the help!
  6. I have noticed that whenever I place an image for my profile background that it messes up the bottom of my profile screen. Any comments of mine are off kilter also the bottom line of advertisements are misplaced hovering over those who last visited my profile. If I take away all customizations though everything is fine and in its proper place. Not sure if it is just my monitor or a bigger prOBlem, but I thought that I would let you know about it BroMatt just incase it needed your attention. God Bless, Quiet Listener
  7. Glad you found us. May God bless you and make your paths fruitful as you grow in Him! Brother in Christ, Quiet Listener P.S. If you ever want to discuss those theories feel free to PM me.
  8. Yes My first cousin is in Afghanistan. An uncle of mine goes from the States to Iraq and back. He makes sure our troops get the best medical attention we can afford. God Bless
  9. I have also heard (don't quote me on this though) that according to Jewish law at the time a Jewish man was not allowed to be a teacher or Rabbi of the law untill the age of 30. In other words, a Jewish male had to be 30 years of age before he could hold a public ministry.
  10. One and three definitely. Two...not so much. I am younger so I think that it has a lot to do with it. (I am not trying to be disrespectfull. Please hear me out!) I have noticed that my generation compared with my parent's and especially my grandparent's generation have a very different thought process when it comes to thank you cards. My grandparents all agree that it is a must because they grew up with that being expected custom. My parents usually agree it is a must, but when asked why it is because that is what their parents told them they needed to do. My generation does not see it as
  11. Let me begin by saying that I am in no way trying to judge my brothers and sisters who do not hold my convictions, but I do believe that it would be wise for you to listen to what I have to say. Call it food-for-thought. About my second year of high school the Lord started to prick my heart about the movies that I watched. They were not always sinfull (so I thought!), but they definitely were a far cry from God honoring. At first I resisted the idea of sacrificing the watching of these movies, but as I grew in the Lord it became more and more appearant that movies were hindering my growth an

  13. Amen! I believe that we as Christians have become very hypocritical in our walks in such things as these and in many other areas. I realize that what I am about to say is kinda off topic, but I believe it to be something important that we rarely OBserve in our lives. What we do outside of the church building is just as important as what we do in the church building. I have met many people who seem to think that if they lie while physicaly in the church building, or as they put it "at church," that God sees it as an extra hefty sin and might even strike them down for it with lightning or in s
