  1. Easy, Thaddeus - THE BIBLE !
  2. We see the burden of Egypt in Isaiah 19, including their recent fear of the land of Judah. Whenever a Jew rattled his Uzi, the 80 million Egyptians quaked with fear of the 6 million Jews in Israel.
  3. Rechab was a Kenite; the Kenites were the people of Moses' father-in-law, Jethro. They were a clan of the Midianites; Midian was a son of Abraham's by Keturah Somewhere, the Rechabites still exist under some other name, as God said they'd ALWAYS have at least one of them standing before Him.
  4. I believe the trib will not quite last 3.5 years, based on the fact that Jesus will cut it short lest all flesh (man & animal alike) should perish. While it'll hit the whole world, it'll be heaviest upon the seat of the antichrist's kingdom. (Which could be Rome & the surrounding area) those teaching a 10-year trib should read their Bibles, especially Revelation, & ask themselves how anyone could survive the plagues described for 10 years. Satan invents false doctrines constantly.
  5. Evidently, Satan has managed to infect you with a guilt complex. Please pray for God to resist & defeat the devil for you, and call upon Jesus. Remember John 3:16 & Romans 10:13 The "whosoevers" in those verses mean just THAT.
  6. I'd like to see churches focus on worship & praise of God. We get enough politix in the rest of our lives.
  7. Hebrew roots, is, of course , another false doctrine or cult, whichever one wishes to call it. It completely ignores the fact that Jesus replaced the Old Covenant with the New Covenant. The old one was with Israel alone, while the new is with all mankind.
  8. God said "for ever", not just til Messiah came. Why would any Christian try to get away from what God Himself said ? When He said 'for ever', that's what He MEANT !
  9. Somewhere out there, there's at least one male descendant of Jehonadab who's a Christian, & who has or will have a Christian son. I was just wondering who they might be. GOD knows, of course, & that's what's important.
  10. Recently, I received some news that was both sad and good. There was a married couple who were JWs who worked holidays for us on the abbulance I worked in while I was laid off from the steel mill. Recently, the lady died, & in her obit there was a pic of them standing in fronta a Christmas tree. And I saw where her service would be conducted by a BAPTIST pastor. While I hadn't seen them for several years, as they'd moved from the area, it appears they'd left the JW cult ! PRAISE GOD, that those people had abandoned that false religion !
  11. GOD said passover was SEVEN DAYS LONG. Bottom line !
  12. So, the Book of Ezekiel isn't accurate ? We still see the seven day principle applied in John 18:28. Wheat & barley were both used by the Israelis. As for passover, GOD said "for ever" That settles it !
  13. Not REALLY, if Jesus isn't descended from Jehonadab, as he's the man the verse refers to.
  14. No, Ezekiel 45:21 &John 18 :28 makes it plain passover is SEVEN DAYS LONG. Eze. 45:21 In the first month, in the fourteenth day of the month, ye shall have the passover, a feast of seven days; unleavened bread shall be eaten. A direct quote of GOD'S words. Doesn't get any plainer ! John 18:28 Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover. The paschal lamb had been eaten earlier that day, so this can only be referring
  15. Leavening is sometimes symbolically used in Scripture as an impurity or sin. I believe it's pointing to the sinless, pure Jesus. The first time God had the Israelis prepare unleavened bread, it was because Israel was to leave Egypt in haste, & the bread was to be prepared unleavened so as to not waste time waiting for it to rise. This was, of course, before God ordained passover to be observed by Israel for ever.
