  1. No, it is about freedom within the context of democratic principles. I agree that under our form of government people should be able to worship as they choose. But Islam goes much further than that. They at the most seek to subvert whole governments and peoples under Sharia law and at the least be self governed under Sharia law and not the laws of the land. You cannot allow this within a democratic nation. Within the next 25 years (maybe less) you will see that the Muslim religion will push for the right to be self-ruled under Sharia law and without the constraints of the Constitution here in America. Just as they are doing in France and England under their forms of government.
  2. What did I say that was so unkind? Peter said these kind of people "wrest" the scripture (he said this in the context of prophecy too) and I said he was going to "mangle" the scripture (which he does do). How is what I said anything worse? You will always have thin-skinned Christians who will get offended at any discussion deeper than the church supper or Patch the Pirate. These are the same people who will say that Muslims are peace loving people and we should never say anything against their religion.
  3. How is what I'm saying "corrupt communication"? The problem with you John is you want to treat heresies with kid gloves. Every time these issues come up you run to the defense of the "preterists" and "historicists". How is that edifying? Romans 11 [25] For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. [26] And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: [27] For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. [28] As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. [29] For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
  4. And yet you still haven't explained who the 144,000 are.
  5. I'm talking about the literal ark. If the Antichrist is going to confirm the covenant then the ark will need to be found.
  6. Me and mom had Arby's. My favorite fast food place.
  7. Going to eat an onion bagel you've been looking forward to eaten and finding it covered with mold.
  8. Huh? I don't believe they know who the 144,000 are yet because all records have been lost. Somehow God will have to reveal this to them. Maybe when they find the Ark of the Covenant.
  9. Is it Baptist Brider? What did they say to make you think this?
  10. Did you ask about this on another website? I tried checking out their curriculum but for some reason I couldn't get their pdf file open with Adobe.
  11. Apparently, since I left my last job the head of the department filled my position with another one of her lazy and useless friends who call in all the time. This is the third friend she has hired in the department.
  12. If you were predestined you would have been saved whether you liked it or not. There is no sitting down with someone like the man behind the username of Invicta (as well as Covenator). He is set in his mind in what he believes. My job is to point out his ridiculous teaching of Replacement Theology that has led to the slaughter of millions of Jews throughout history. Again. let him explain who the 144,000 are. It should be a blast.
  13. Oh yeah? Then explain the 144,000. I'd like to see how your gonna mangle this.
  14. What's so amazing about this? There has always been so many different interpretations of just about every doctrine or book in the bible. Not just Revelation. In fact, I'd say that Matthew and Acts have the most amount of differing interpretations of any books of the bible. More heresies come out of wrested scripture passages from those two books than any other books in the bible. This, of course, is because people are trying to "interpret" what the bible says instead of just believing what it says. The biggest mistake is to force the bible to fit into what your denomination or favorite theologian says it teaches.
  15. I think you should read more carefully what he is saying.
  16. Men, if someone comes up behind you and says, "excuse me, ma'am", it's too long. Men, if you are in a public restroom and some elderly man comes in then says, "oops, sorry ma'am, I thought this was the men's restroom", then your hair is too long. Men, if you are walking down the street and the guys in the construction crew whistle, hoot and holler at you than it's too long. Men, if you are walking down the road and some teenage boys are hollering out the window at you saying, "hey babe!" then when they see your face they have a look of embarrassment and shock on their faces, then you know your hair is too long.
  17. In New York women are legally allowed to go topless on state owned property like parks.
  18. I may have posted this before but here goes again. This is from a man who is from South Africa and works as a missionary within the continent of Africa. He spent some time in jail in the Sudan for preaching the gospel. I'm posting this because some people just don't understand the threat that this religion is to the world. They think because they know of one friendly Muslim who lives next door that the whole religion is OK and shouldn't be spoken against which is a grave mistake. What Islam Isn'tBy: Dr. Peter Hammond FrontPageMagazine.com | Monday, April 21, 2008 The following is adapted from Dr. Peter Hammond's book: Slavery, Terrorism and Islam: The Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat: Islam is not a religion nor is it a cult. It is a complete system. Islam has religious, legal, political, economic and military components. The religious component is a beard for all the other components. Islamization occurs when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to agitate for their so-called 'religious rights.' When politically correct and culturally diverse societies agree to 'the reasonable' Muslim demands for their 'religious rights,' they also get the other components under the table. Here's how it works (percentages source CIA: The World Fact Book (2007)). As long as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they will be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone. In fact, they may be featured in articles and films, stereotyped for their colorful uniqueness: United States -- Muslim 1.0% Australia -- Muslim 1.5% Canada -- Muslim 1.9% China -- Muslim 1%-2% Italy -- Muslim 1.5% Norway -- Muslim 1.8% At 2% and 3% they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs: Denmark -- Muslim 2% Germany -- Muslim 3.7% United Kingdom -- Muslim 2.7% Spain -- Muslim 4% Thailand -- Muslim 4.6% From 5% on they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. They will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature it on their shelves -- along with threats for failure to comply. ( United States ). France -- Muslim 8% Philippines -- Muslim 5% Sweden -- Muslim 5% Switzerland -- Muslim 4.3% The Netherlands -- Muslim 5.5% Trinidad &Tobago -- Muslim 5.8% At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islam is not to convert the world but to establish Sharia law over the entire world. When Muslims reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions ( Paris --car-burnings). Any non-Muslim action that offends Islam will result in uprisings and threats ( Amsterdam - Mohammed cartoons). Guyana -- Muslim 10% India -- Muslim 13.4% Israel -- Muslim 16% Kenya -- Muslim 10% Russia -- Muslim 10-15% After reaching 20% expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings and church and synagogue burning: Ethiopia -- Muslim 32.8% At 40% you will find widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks and ongoing militia warfare: Bosnia -- Muslim 40% Chad -- Muslim 53.1% Lebanon -- Muslim 59.7% From 60% you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions, sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels: Albania -- Muslim 70% Malaysia -- Muslim 60.4% Qatar -- Muslim 77.5% Sudan -- Muslim 70% After 80% expect State run ethnic cleansing and genocide: Bangladesh -- Muslim 83% Egypt -- Muslim 90% Gaza -- Muslim 98.7% Indonesia -- Muslim 86.1% Iran -- Muslim 98% Iraq -- Muslim 97% Jordan -- Muslim 92% Morocco -- Muslim 98.7% Pakistan -- Muslim 97% Palestine -- Muslim 99% Syria -- Muslim 90% Tajikistan -- Muslim 90% Turkey -- Muslim 99.8% United Arab Emirates -- Muslim 96% 100% will usher in the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' -- the Islamic House of Peace -- there's supposed to be peace because everybody is a Muslim: Afghanistan -- Muslim 100% Saudi Arabia -- Muslim 100% Somalia -- Muslim 100% Yemen -- Muslim 99.9% Of course, that's not the case. To satisfy their blood lust, Muslims then start killing each other for a variety of reasons. 'Before I was nine I had learned the basic canon of Arab life. It was me against my brother; me and my brother against our father; my family against my cousins and the clan; the clan against the tribe; and the tribe against the world and all of us against the infidel. – Leon Uris, 'The Haj' It is good to remember that in many, many countries, such as France, the Muslim populations are centered around ghettos based on their ethnicity. Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. Therefore, they exercise more power than their national average would indicate. http://archive.front...spx?ARTID=30675
  19. You are missing the point. The Muslims will not let you practice your religion unless you pay a tax. Even in the moderate Muslim nations like Indonesia. You also cannot convert anyone to Christianity. In some of the Muslims nations you can't possess a bible or hold a worship service. Yet, you say we can't speak out against them here in America. Where in the world do you get this from? Christianity has been completely stamped out in some of these nations and my guess is because many of them took the same position as you do. If you want to get technically, even by democratic standards, this religion should not be allowed within America. Period. They totally oppose democratic principles. They should be the one religion banned from this nation. I don't care how sweet they are. I know of some Satanists and Wiccans who are sweet and will answer every question about their religion.
  20. They are sweet and nice when they are in the minority but when they multiply, look out!. They also have a doctrine called "taqiyya" which allows them to lie and dissimulate in order to make you think they are your friend. If you want to see you friendly neighborhood Muslims true nature ask them if God has a Son and ask them what they think about the Jews. Also, as bad as Westboro is they've never killed anyone. They've never said they will wipe Israel or America off the map. They are not trying to get the bomb, They've never raped, sodomized and murdered any American Ambassadors nor have them flown airplanes into any buildings. Also, there isn't a billion of them on the earth.
  21. When they do this they're not interested in hiring you. They just want to get your personal information so they can sell it to other companies (which is legal). I noticed my junk email has multiplied as of late. Today I went to five different places today in the pouring rain to apply for at least seasonal work. Sam's Club, Burlington Coats, Pet Smart, Target, Barnes and Noble and Northern Tool & Equipment. I was told by someone who's retired and hasn't worked in a few years that it's better to go in so they can see you and maybe you can get an interview on the spot. I disagreed with this but hoping against hope and to prove the point I went in. Of the five only one gave me a physical application to fill out. The rest said I had to apply online. I specifically asked for an application too. Nope. You have to apply online or at the kiosk which is basically the same. Then it goes into a huge database to see if you passed the "diversity test" and meet quota. Then a computer in another state or country decides whether or not to forward your information to the manager at the store. He/she then has you fill out another 15 page application for your first interview. If you make it through this then you are called back for a second. Then he'll decide in a week or two whether to call (or email) you back to offer the job or not. Usually they never call you and if you call them they either get offended that you are being to pushy or act like they've never seen you before and can't find the 15 page application you spent two hours filling out. That's the way it works these days. All this for a temporary minimum wage job with no benefits. And they wonder why so many people have given up looking for work.
  22. What about the "take your daughter to work" day invented by the Gloria Steinem? I remember that many of they women at one place I worked would go ahead and bring their sons to work. Good for them! They eventually changed the day to include sons.
  23. The managers were totally out of line by telling people she was trying to pass counterfeit money. I see these boneheaded managers at some of these businesses and wonder how come they have a job and I don't. I must be in worse shape then I previously thought.
