      Well, just to prove a point, I DID in fact pick up a box and show it to my husband, pointing out on the back how the character was constantly talking about teleporting and other "magical powers"--that definitely is not of God. Some people will laugh at me pointing that out, but let's face it, many many Christians are against Pokemon and it isn't that different of a concept.

    Instead of looking for and even creating evil where it does not exist, Christians would do better to spend time eradicating evil where it does exist. Homelessness, poverty, hunger, injustice; we don't have to look hard to find real evil that we can change for good.

      Does anyone have any convictions about Lucky Charms cereal? My husband told me he heard a preacher once remark that if you eat it, you are bringing the devil into your house. While he snickered, I admitted to him that very thought had hit me and I wasn't so sure it was any laughing matter! (I told him I was fine with the knock-off brand, ha ha, while he sat there in shock)
