If you want to believe that a female/child-sniffing and inappropriate touching dementia-ridden old man and a non-black woman-until-it-suited-her-narrative who had to drop out of the primaries because nobody wanted her actually got all those votes, go ahead. I don't. Never will.  You nor anyone else will ever convince me that historic loser Biden got more votes than Obama. Did not happen.
You can continue to argue the points, quoting the very obviously biased mainstream media who are being used as a tool in this coup, denying the truth of voter fraud via mail-in ballots all you want. I will not join in on that lie being foisted on the American people.
Try reading The Epoch Times...they are more honest in their coverage. Conservative, yes. Trumpist, no. By that, I mean they are not only interested in claiming that Trump is the be-all and end-all. They are cognizant enough of the Constitution and truth that they know Biden and Harris will  complete the destruction that progressives began, though. Anyway, they have made it very clear that they will not "call" a winner of the election until everything is said and done.
Meaning recounts (like the signature recount that GA Governor Kemp called for on Friday...after the manual recount that LOST Biden votes, even though they claimed he still won the state), court cases, etc., certification by secretaries of state, issuance (by state legislatures) of list of electoral voters, approval of and presentation of that list by individual governors, the actual vote of the college, the Senate count and discussion/objection to any votes (with fraud being suspected and FACTS that the msm are not sharing with people coming out, I can almost guarantee objections), dealing with the objections in the proper way, and then either the Senate accepts the votes as are and the Senate president announces a winner, or other things happen. SCOTUS may get involved, and it could even go to a House vote...in which case, it is quite likely Trump would win.
Anyhow, this is not over by a long shot. When an attempt is made to steal a national election, it takes time to sort things out. With Gore it took 37 days and SCOTUS. And that was dealing with just ONE state.

Both Calvinism and Arminianism are heresy! Calvinism teaches that if a person walks away from the faith and rejects Christianity they were not saved to begin with and Arminianism teaches that if a person walks away from the faith and rejects Christianity that they lost their salvation. Both are absolutely false! The Holy Spirit seals us once we are saved and no one can pluck a believer out of God's hand. The moment you believe and trust the gospel, you are saved and have eternal life which can never be lost! Calvinism and Arminianism are both from the pit of hell and must be avoided!!!

There are an awful lot of differences in churches and groups that call themselves IFB, some, as we know, border on the heretical, and some are plain weird. Gap theory, Noah's son sexually molested Noah, angels marrying humans, Devils being the size of mosquitos, even, dare I say it, flat earthers, among many, many others.  What I see is the "I" part of IFB-we are all Independent of one another, which means if there is someone who is a wacko teaching false doctrines, or someone abusing the sheep, I will not, and cannot, be lumped in together with them.

Pastor Scotts quoted Scripture verse is right on the money. This subject is nothing new and men like Anderson have been doing things like this from the beginning, hence the warning from the apostle Paul.
Real, doctrinally correct Baptists will not be fooled. They are the ones that feel no need to go outside of their local assemblies for their spiritual food.
The Anderson's of this world cannot survive without someone foolish enough to listen to them.

Acts 20:29-30 -- "For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.  Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them."

Two atoms meet up one day for lunch, and the first one says to the second one" So how are you?".
Atom 2: "Not feeling the best - I've lost an electron."
    Atom 1: "Are you sure?"
    Atom 2: "Yep. I'm Positive."

None. The lightbulb must want to change itself.

He certainly did!  Baby Christians have to be admonished, rebuked, chastened and corrected because we all do dumb stuff, just like Brother Simon. As a personal testimony, I myself did not repent of a list of sins, or any specific sin that I recall. I DID repent of being what I was: a low-down sinner. Repentence, in salvation, is simply turning to Jesus from sin and self. Not a step one, step two, step three thing. At least it was for me.

14And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

heartstrings reacted to Jim_Alaska in Calvinism or Arminianism? How do you answer?
I love the way that The Holy Spirit, anticipating things such as Calvinism, has carefully inserted the word "all" in so many Scriptures. One has to be willfully blind to not see that "all" means "all".

    Here is some more:
"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. " (Matt 23:37)
Here we see God's will, that He could gather Jerusalem together to Himself, yet their will, to reject Him, prevailed, and therefore, their house was left to them desolate. Man's will prevailed over God's will.

"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." (2Pet 3:9)
