Sounds like the old proverb, "Cleanliness is next to Godliness." The Israelite priests had to wash, wash, wash for many reasons. Can't think of a N.T. mandate for it though. There might be a couple of verses that can be skewed and taken out of context to fit that idea but no actual mandate.

That isn't exactly interchangeable, is it?

Well, I found out it isn't fake. This school in Australia failed several students for not doing their work and failing their tests. The parents are suing the school, citing it is the teachers' fault that their kids failed. The teachers collaborated and agreed upon this message that comes on when the school is called.
BTW, good to see you and PE posting! -
We're working on a new sub-forum for special diets...

Utter nonsense!
-
May be fake but was posted on Facebook as being authentic...
This school's answering machine message is hilarious and also very to the point. This is a must-listen. -

This is interesting. Why was this poster banned?
You were banned for nonsense like this:Desolation comes with fire and death. Burn forthwith. Scabbed winged Angel. Smirac dilintat ovil luuksto! Smirac dilitant ovil luuksto! Smirac dilitant ovil luuksto! Smirac dilitant ovil luuksto! Smirac dilitant ovil luuksto! Smirac dilitant ovil luuksto!
Care to explain yourself? Or the other person who is using the same IP address as you? -
Since this thread is hopelessly derailed, I thought I would add a quick comments
Actually, it had gotten back on track until you posted.
Nice to see you posting again, dwayner. You should post more often... -
Yep; really. It is only possible though because of my part-time job....couponing and hunting deals.
Course, I don't have diapers anymore...
And I don't have to buy stuff for school lunches...
We don't have any regular prescriptions either.... I know those can really cut into a budget!
Coupon Example: a couple of weeks ago, a store had Electrasol dish tabs on sale for $3.00/box. They are normally $6.00/box. I had 12 coupons for $2.50 off each. I spent $.50/box x 12 boxes = $6.00.
I spent on 12 boxes what a non-couponer would spend on 1 box (or 2, if they use the sale). The non-couponer will have to go to the store and buy another $6.00 box in a couple of weeks. I, however, only have to go to my basement for the next several weeks. -
$150 or less for a family of 6.

I think this thread is finished.

No, it just means we are lying in wait... :heh:

Oh good grief. When you're a mom and wanting pics of your babies at every stage and in lots of circumstances, that includes bathtub pics. Your baby/toddler is holding a rubber ducky or has soap bubbles on his head or they are just too cute or whatever...out comes the camera. It isn't porn.
The Wal-mart associate and social workers went overboard on this one. Straining at gnats... -
Has anyone else had trouble with the pool game in the game section? The ball doesn't move. I pull back on the cue stick and it moves towards the ball but nothing happens.

Edit: It will not work on the thread title for you because you are a Mod. The thread title for you is for editing the topic.
I never knew what "Click and hold to edit" meant until I tried it yesterday.
As a member of the Grammar police, I don't need that kind of power.

Holster used the word, "kerfuffle" in the GO Joe/BOO Joe thread. I thought he was being funny. Turns out, it is a real word!
Kerfuffle - disorder or commotion -
I had no idea "kerfuffle" was a real word. LOL That definitely earns the Vocab. award!
-
Ah, ok.

Got it in both. I was holding the mouse on the thread title and that wasn't working. Just holding it in the box works.

Using Firefox, nada. Cleared all cookies, still nada.

Ya'll must be playing word ball...
HC used "enjoined" and "strictures" in this thread:
http://onlinebaptist.com/messageboards/thread-9570-page-2.html?highlight=strictures
Enjoin - To direct or impose with authority and emphasis.
Stricture - A restraint, limit, or restriction
HC now holds the vocabulary trophy!
