Well, don't think I can do the Special K challenge, lol - the stuff they make - protein bars, shakes, etc. are sweet, and I don't eat much sweet stuff. I also like hot food. But I will scale back my eating and do more exercise. :-) I mean, the Special K stuff does taste good, so it will make good snacks and occasional breakfast. and/or snack :-)

God saw u getting tired & a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around u & whispered "come with me". With tearful eyes I watched u & saw you pass away. Although I loved u dearly, I could not make u stay. A goldenheart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke my heart to prove to me, he only takes the best.
