I love hot sauce and love most everything I ate while in NYC. There were two excellent puzzarias in Manhattan back when I used to spend time there. I wish I could recall their names. And most of the Greek, Italian, and Middle Eastern eateries were wonderful! Wish my wife and I could go there for vacation one year.
If you or anyone else is ever in NYC or Boston, I'd love to meet you there and have dinner together. At this point I probably can give tours in NYC, Boston, and Philly.

I love New York City, I'm there regularly. Some of the best food I've ever had was there, I'll have to try that hot sauce.

Wow! I seriously would've not guessed that! Believe it or not, the Lord has preemptively given me VA disability. Such an intriguing possibility. What's the church's name?
I'll shoot you a pm

If you guys know of a church needing a pastor in a beautiful state like CO, NH, WY, or MT, let me know...!
I know of a small church plant in NH that is looking for a pastor. It's not a full time paid position if that's what you are looking for.

Some were okay, but seem so generic and superficial. I wouldn't ask AI for anything that had to do with church or true Christianity.
I enjoy the humor in AI. I do think that these slogans seem to sum up churches today.

I'm curious, in what professional area of technology can your church use the most help in where finances make it challenging? Websites, social media manager, soundboard training, graphic design?
-
I asked AI to give me 25 church slogans that rhyme with the year 2024. Here's the results.

“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. 3 John 1:4"
This is my favorite verse. I praise God both my children, as adults are still actively serving Him.
Give a shout out if your children are.
It is so true. My children are all adult's now and this gives me encouragement.

A friend of mine from Upstate NY helped a pastor start a church in Maine. They knocked every door in the town to get people to come out. It was hard work. Not as easy as starting one in the South but their are people up there who would go if there was an IFB church to go to.
Unfortunately ,I can't recall the name of the church. I need to call my friend it's been a while. I'll see if I can get the name of the church.
Let me know if you ever think of the church name and location. I've brought groups and helped a few churches in Maine get started.
@Anthony John Thornton I will say this about New England. While it is hard due to hard hearts, the IFB Christians/churches we do have really support each other. We all seem to help each other out when a church is in need.

So last fall, I went back to work after 3 years off. I never thought being hit by a semi would be a blessing. As a nurse that that worked with sick people. I did not have to work the Covid crisis.
So I go back to work after 2 weeks covid was running through the company. I told my boss I think I am one of the lucky ones that cant catch it. After all I have had people literally breath in my face when they had it, I did not get it.
Not even 2 hours later, I can't walk across the office without panting. I head to Urgent Care thinking it was asthma. They treated me for asthma. 5 days later I am obsevered in ER for Covid. I was sick for 2 months. My lungs still are weaken by it. I was in the hospital last month for asthma. That never happened before. So I guess I deserve it for bragging.
Glad to hear you're ok. For many it was nothing more than a common cold, while with others it really compounded other symptoms.
Dressing for church

I find it interesting that on social media (with this meme) people are talking about pastors dressing down, I have yet to find one person complained why sports broadcasters are forced to wear suits. Don't they know that it's 2023?
