Zac Poonen

I've listened to some sermons by Zac, and like nobody is perfect, there's some things I disagree with, but over all his teachings seem sound. I haven't listened to a lot of his sermons though; less than 10, so I don't know yet. I've heard a lot of contradictory stories about him: I've heard he's a cult leader, that he claims his church is one of only two true churches on earth (the sermons I've heard so far contradict that); other's say the opposite.

Does anyone here really know anything about him? Not just rumors, but facts that can be backed up? Is he a good preacher or really a cult leader? I know he's not a Baptist, but that doesn't count.
