Yes, it was a mammoth turkey. Only thing that would fit in the oven with the rack all the way to the bottom! So, we had to cook the 5 pies ahead of time--which made for some whiny kids the night before knowing they'd have to put up with the delicious smells and wait another day! Pumpkin pie topped with vanilla ice cream served with a big cup of coffee.......Yummmmmmm! :coffee

We had Subway for supper. We are sick of turkey. I plan on using up the rest of the turkey in a "chicken and rice" dish tomorrow.......you think anyone will notice the difference?? :nutty :nutty
