Good singing and preaching tonight. After the hymns a woman sung how great thou art. Preaching was on fellowship. I'm thankful for a good church to attend.

I heard the first are actually going to be last so does that mean the one who started this thread is the real winner? lol

Well, I got this here thing inside me.  One doc calls it a node, one doc calls it a mass, so I don't know what to call it.  So anyways; I got this thing and they did a biopsy yesterday and they won't

I am only kidding....I do not like the winter weather..... :( No thank you, although that doesn't change anything...GOD is in control and if it is HIS will, winter will arrive whether I like it or not.

Winter used to be my favorite time of year. I still like it, but I don't get to have as much fun as I once did.

I used to spend much of the winter out tromping through the timber, making igloos and snow forts. We used to break little "icebergs" off in the creek and raft on them. We used to ride our bikes everywhere, plowing throught the snow drifts or jumping our bikes into the snow drifts.

I was always the last one to start wearing a coat when cold weather arrived and the first to stop wearing a coat.

My little ones didn't seem to grow up quickly enough for me---that is until they actually grew up. :(

It's kind of like when you are a child you keep wanting to be older and become an adult. However, after some time being an adult you realize how wonderful it was just to be a child. :)

I completely understand..... :D

When my kids were little it seemed like it took forever for them go grow up and now they are 33 and 30 years old and I don't know where the time went....

A parent never stops being a parent, even once they are all grown up and moved out on their own. We may not have the same input in their lives, but we will always be a part of it. More than ever, I realize how our Heavenly Father never stops loving us. Through it all HE is right here beside us!!
