Members Madeline
I don't know how to time my naps correctly. Sometimes I end up taking more than a cat nap.
Members John81
I can't sleep on my back for very long so when I take a nap I make sure I fall asleep on my back. I'll always wake up between 20 and 40 minutes after falling asleep that way.
Members Madeline
If I happen to awaken during the night, I can't go back to sleep. Then I find myself waking up on the wrong side of the bed.
Members John81
For the past year or so every so often I have nights where I feel tired, go to bed and either can't fall asleep or will fall asleep for about 20 minutes and then wake up wide awake. On those nights, after I get tired of trying to fall asleep, I get up and either get on OB, read a book, or both.
Members IM4given
A glass of warm milk with a TBSP. of Honey in it will knock you right out, John. A turkey sandwich will also help you sleep.
Members John81
I don't know. For some reason milk runs right through me! If I drank the milk before going to bed I'd probably be up to the bathroom a half dozen times during the night and get no sleep anyway!
Members Madeline
I can fall asleep easy on weekends because I go the gym in the morning.
Members bibletotingunslinger
Don't know why, but in an effort to not over do my asking for trivial things, when I am strung out after a week of bad sleep I will get on my knee's and ask for a good nights sleep, all I can say is I better get my be-hindo-endo in bed because it.s :zzzz

I have in on my mush, in my coffee, but if I drink a glass, it's all over, I will wear out the flushemup.
Members John81
Yes, prayer is ALWAYS a great idea! I know there for a while I started having some very bad dreams and I couldn't shake them. I began praying about it each night before I went to sleep and that problem was immediately gone! Oh, and what is TMI???? :puzzled:
Members John81
I wonder why milk does that? Is this a common thing?
Members Madeline
I use to have dreams where these little children with sharp teeth like razors would try to eat me.
