We did the wave at a band festival. We were sitting there for almost 30 minutes doing nothing, but our band parents on the other side of the stadium started the wave. It went around more than 10 times. :thumb

Yeah. Our band director was angry with us for participating. He said it was unclassy and undignified. :roll We were even challenged by another band to a "spirit competition"


You know, one school yells "We got spirit, yes we do, we got spirit how bout you?"

We weren't allowed to respond after the band in front of us yelled that at us. Because we are better than that. :bonK:

From what several folks have told me, they are either leaving or only going to check in once in awhile because they believe they are being censored too much and that too many others here attack them in an unchristian manner simply because they differ on some nonfundamental issues.

Ahh, that makes sense, sir.

It's quite sad, nonetheless. I miss all of the bustling activity OB had when I first joined and the months right after...

Me too. From the time I joined until this winter it's been really busy around here...in a good way. Even the summer slow-downs weren't this dull.
