Administrators HappyChristian Posted January 9, 2008 Administrators Share Posted January 9, 2008 The book is called A Foreign Policy of Freedom. I just got it last night, so haven't been able to start it, but after glancing through it, it looks very readable.
Members John81
Cool! Keep me updated 'cause I might want to read it. I've read several of Patrick J. Buchanan's and Ann Coulters books and really liked them.
Administrators HappyChristian Posted January 9, 2008 Administrators Share Posted January 9, 2008 I've read a number of Ann Coulter's. She is very articulate. I just don't like some of the way she talks - almost like she's trying to keep up with the guys. But her book Godless was very good. I've read some of Pat B's columns, but not any books. My brother is a big fan of his.
Members John81
Godless is my favorite Ann Coulter book! A Republic Not an Empire is probably my favorite Buchanan book.
Administrators HappyChristian Posted January 9, 2008 Administrators Share Posted January 9, 2008 I have heard a lot about that book. Maybe I should read it.
Members John81
I enjoyed it and it gives a great overview of some key aspects of American history too.

Members John81
Fiction is about all I used to read. Today, I mostly read Christian books, followed by a few history or political type books every so often. If I had more reading time I would probably read more fiction. During the summer, when I do have more reading time, I sometimes get in some fiction reading while doing the summer reading program at the library. I read some westerns last summer during that time.
