We have grouper and mullet here, but it does not taste nearly as good as perch and crappie.

We also have Gater Nuggets, which is kind of chewy and tastes a bit like terrapin. I don't like tartar sauce either - I like to eat my fish with honey-mustard sauce or red fish cocktail sauce.

I am tired of perch. I grew up on the Magothy River and that river is loaded up with white perch and yellow perch. Had to throw the yellow perch back but ate way to much white perch.

I love love love calamari! There is a restaurant on the coast that serves the best stuff. It's never chewy or rubbery, but always perfect.

Whoever thought that this priss would eat squid? I still don't do clams or oysters though. The smell is too much for me.
