I can't remember. Oh yes, it was Ratatouille and steamed vegetables. Tomorrow my daughter and son in law are coming straight from 3 weeks or so camping with their 5 children so I have got an extra large chicken which I will roast with roast spuds, and whatever veg I can think of at the time. I will do 2 vegetarian dishes for my wife and my daughter,

Italian chicken, macaroni and cheese, creamed corn, and home made cookies.

Broccoli alfredo is fettucini alfredo with broccoli in it. CJP56

Ohhhhh sounds goooooddd. Better than my chicken nuggets, tator totts and brownies.

Reading these posts makes me think of the commercial for Lean Cuisine where two of the ladies have disgusting substandard dinners and the LC girl has this descriptive spiel about the flavorful LC! Sadly, my dinner is in the former category, while yours was in the latter! Tomorrow is another day!!! Thanks for making me drool.:coolsmiley:
