Tonight is porcupine meatballs, mashed potatos, and chicken gumbo gravy. We are having our neighbors over to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday.

Tonight was Burger King... I had to make it easy... I have a lot to do tonight... off to Greenville, SC for work tomorrow, have to be there at 8 and it is about an 1 and 1/2 to 2 hour drive depending on traffic.

I could go for a big 'ol skillet full of fried taters like my Mama used to make! :drool

My daughter & I nuked a couple Healthy Choice dinners...beef tips w/ portabella mushrooms in gravy, mashed potatos, broccoli & carrots, cherry crisp. Very yummy, plus they were buy one/ get one free this week.

I just wish they were a bit bigger, tho.
