Administrators Jim_Alaska Posted October 9, 2014 Administrators Share Posted October 9, 2014 Peanut oil is the same way Invicta. But this is not high heat. I call this a stir fry, but it's just my name for it. Stir fry is usally done under high heat as I understand it.

Administrators HappyChristian Posted October 9, 2014 Administrators Share Posted October 9, 2014 (Coconut oil actually stands the heat best.) Last night my hubby took me out for dinner so instead of cabbage and ham, we had Mexican. I had a taco and enchilada. Num! Tonight it's hot dogs. Fried. Dark. Crisp. Tasty. Halibut fries sound intriguing...oops - read that wrong! LOL
Members Invicta
I had some left over new potatoes, which normally I would sauté in butter and olive oil with garlic and parsley. Today, I placed them into a dish and added some onion a spoonful of Crème Fraîche, salt and pepper , a little powdered garlic, topped it with some grated cheddar cheese, and a sprinkling of paprika, and placed in the oven for ½ hour at 200C. Served with salad.

Members John81
I'm waiting for supper. It will prOBably be something rather simple since my wife took on the big project of cleaning out her closet today and has been very busy.
