Members Standing Firm In Christ
I love Grits! I have only had Grits a few times over the last eight years. That was when we were away from home or when I was in the hospital. Linda can't stand them, so I made the ultimate sacrifice and don't buy them for the home. Members LindaR
Oh that's tough Linda.....it must be difficult planning and managing your shopping a month at a time? We get paid once a month and that money has to stretchhhhh out for the entire month. It's a good thing that there is just the two of us because we have a very small freezer. Moderators OLD fashioned preacher Posted August 31, 2013 Moderators Share Posted August 31, 2013 I believe that one has to "acquire" a taste or liking for grits....and after 13 years of living in the deep south, I haven't "acquired" that taste or liking for grits. At the age of 70, I'm not looking for that to happen anytime soon....and I'll probably die before I acquire it...LOL I'm that way with coffee.
