Members Invicta
Yesterday I got 2 pieces of oxtail out of the freezer. I woke up just after 1.00 am, remembering that I had not put it in the fridge. I got up and put it in the slow cooker, thinking it would be OK for Molly, our cat. Just before we went to church, I got out a piece of chicken breast. When we got back, I wasn't sure that the chicken smelled quite right, so I bunged it in the oven and thought it would be OK for Molly. I had potatoes and veg and a couple of cold sausages left from yesterday. Molly wasn't impressed with the oxtail but liked the chicken. Members Invicta
Our electricity was off from 9.00 am yesterday till 2.40 pm this afternoon, so we have not eaten much. We had no heating either as our gas boiler will not work without the electric controls. Had a chicken and bacon pie this evening.
