Trouble is my wife is vegetarian so even a small joint, which this was lasts me for several days. I have enough for one more day so I will have to think what to do with it tomorrow. When I go to France, they don't seem to have them. I was not well at lunch time but I had bought my wife a Lentil Moussaka in the morning and she had that but I had a little trout fillet cooked in a Court Bouillon.
