Members Invicta
What's an Irish Farl? It is a sort of potato cake. I had it toasted. I have not had one before but I bought some at the last minute reductions in our supermarket. I wouldn't pay the full price for them. Members blossom
We have a lovely Irish couple in our church. She makes potatoe cakes and they are yummy. The Irish actually eat them with a hot breakfast. Bacon, sausages, eggs, potaoe cakes and soda bread. It is delicious. I haven't had the soda bread, my friend says we can't get the right flour to make it here in Australia. She just made up a batch and gave me 20 to put into my freezer. We'll be having them for brekky this weekend. Yummmmy.
