Under Islamic "dhimmi" law so called "people of the book" (those of other monotheistic religions) can still practice their faith in private though proselytizing is punishable by death. Polytheistic people are punished with death. Also, a "jizyah" tax is levied upon non-Muslims.

Bayer AG (the inventers of aspirin, heroin and mustard gas ) sponsored the experiments of Josef "The Angel of Death" Mengele. They were also part of the IG Farben conglomeration who produced Zyklon B used to kill Jews during the Holocaust. Ironically, Zkylon B was invented by Fritz Haber, a Jew, who fled Germany in 1933.

Surely Williams won the first charter for his colony in 1644, and was the first Baptist pastor in America, but his charter was a frail platform and he left his church after a very short time when he came to the conclusion that there could not be a true church of Christ on earth in his day. A few enthusiasts have insisted that Clarke should be considered the real Baptist founder in America because Williams left no lasting imprint on the denomination, whereas Clarke certainly did.
