Members Will
Well...that didn't turn out so well. Apparently the kidneystone is far too large to be removed the normal way, through the catheter. They got in, and lo and behold, they stone is taking up most of the kidney. :eek So, they're going to give him some time to recuperate a bit from this, and either within a couple weeks, or in early September, he's going to have to have major kidney surgery to remove the stone. You know, the kind where they do a full incision in his back, and an incision in his kidney to remove the boulder. He's going to be pretty blue for the next day or two I imagine. This was dad's first surgery, and he was expecting to wake up healed of this. But minor surgery didn't work, so now he needs major surgery. Please keep him in your prayers. Members Will
Please keep praying! Dad's temperature was at 102 this morning, which is not good, and just a few moments ago it went up higher, and now he's short of breath. They put in a new IV, got him on oxygen and an ekg. Please pray everything works out alright.
