Your favorite grocery store

I buy 80% of my groceries at the Super Walmart, also. It's 40 miles away, so I usually only go once a month. The rest I buy at the local, unknown grocery stores.

The Shady Maple grocery store in Lancaster has the best prices on produce anywhere around here. Even cheaper than the Korean market which is usually where we get ours.

The Pak-n-Save in my area has some of the best produce. I also shop at Trader Joe's for their natural foods, and I could care less about the prices.

Trader Joe's I have to take out a loan to go there. :lol I go to Giant and Shoppers. Costco is the place I get the meats.

The grocery stores in the poll don't exist out here. We have Albertsons, Thriftway (which is the store to shop at if you want to spend your life savings on a week's worth of food,) CostCo, WinCo, Haagan (which is another way overpriced grocery chain), Safeway, and Fred Meyer (which is now owned by Kroger.)

We also have TJ's, Nature's, and we are getting a Whole Foods soon. I don't think we have any mom & pop type places left, except for the Latino speciality stores. A few Asian markets exist.
