Feta
Cream cheese/Neufchatel
Monterey Jack (including MJ with hot peppers or garlic)

(not necessarily in "favorite" order, just the order they popped into my head :lol )

I don't like brie..... question do you eat it with the "rind" off or the rind on? I have been told that you can eat it with the white rind on it. Just wondering


Rind on, as with Camenbert and other similar cheeses.

My favourites Roquefort, Langres, Bresse Bleu, Comt
