Free!

Once I was a slave
And sin and shame my heart did flood
But Jesus came and rescued me
And bought me back with his own blood

I'm free from sin and shame
Bought with the price of Christ my Lord
He died for me, he took my blame
And now I'm free forever more

Today I praise his name
To do his will my hearts desire
He saved me when to him I came
He ransomed me that very hour

Some day he'll take me home
To live with him in Gloryland
I don't deserve the love he's shown
But my life is in his hand
