I was going to agree with you on this one, but I kept reading your reply here, and at the end, you say they can do certain functions that threw me off, because I believe you had to be a member to do all these things, be a teacher, usher, greeters, security, in the music ministry all these things you have to be a member. i’m not talking about visitors that come and go,like guess music or speakers.

The functions I'm speaking of are things like helping set up for certain services, ie, putting hymnals out on chairs... helping gather them up... helping in the breakdown after certain functions, etc, not things like you're speaking of. There are functions within the church that can be done under supervision without a person being a member.
