I believe you can use either or, because when you are talking about someone coming to Christ spiritually you can use either saved or born again, but I believe the correct word should be used is born again. Because   you are talking spiritually, and if you say to a person, you must be saved, He or She can say, saved of what?

Personally, I have used both...but I would rather use "born again." Yet, we find in Scripture that some of those who came to be saved asked just that, "What must I do to be saved?" It's not an unscriptural terminology. One would just have to see how the Holy Spirit leads them in each situation.
