Prayers for my ex-brother-in-law

I was just notified a few minutes ago that my ex-bil is in a coma in the hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He is dying of pancreatic cancer. His daughters found him in the house he and his wife own. His wife had locked him in one of the bedrooms with no food, water, medication or facilities (he had to use the trash can for bathroom needs), and seven bottles of his medication are missing. We will not speculate at this point where they went. This is the second time the girls have found him in this condition. They removed him last night, and took him to his sisters house, and he collapsed twenty minutes after getting there. 

At 1 PM EST, he was intubated. The daughters were given little hope of him recovering from this. So, they are trying to decide when and if they should go ahead and pull the plug on his life support. We know that he wouldn't want to be on life-support, as he saw his father suffer under that kind of condition. The daughters want to do what is right for him. They are also in shock over how he was being treated by his wife and are considering legal action and reporting her to the police. This is a very complicated situation. We still care about our ex-bil and don't want him to suffer.
