Members Miss Daisy
I'm looking for suggestions for a daily devotional for my husband and I. We don't have children so that's not a priority in the devotional. I want a devotional that we read a passage or scenario and it has questions for us to both answer to each other. To help better our communication with each other.

Members Alan
A lot of the churches that I travel to, as a missionary, use the daily devotional, "Call To Glory." Here is the link: https://www.ctgpublication.com/ I personally like, "Call to Glory," and would recommend it. HappyChristian
Administrators HappyChristian Posted January 13, 2020 Administrators Share Posted January 13, 2020 Yes, "Call to Glory" is good - we personally know several of the pastors who contribute. Our church purchases copies for our members. It's been neat to have someone reference what they read that morning and be able to discuss it. It's not necessarily a couples' devotional, but it might be a good one to start with. It also has a through-the-Bible reading plan. We alternate reading the short portions of the complines for that day. The ones in bold we read out-loud together. https://www.northumbriacommunity.org/?s=compline I was very impressed when I met members of the Northumbia Community when the visited the Baptist Seminary in Prague, Czech Republic. The community is not a community where they live together. There are community members who live all around the world, but follow the disciplines of the community. They have morning prayer, mid-day prayer and evening prayer. Here is a statement from "Alone and Together" from their website.

Baptist Bread It doesn't have questions for "each other" but still a great devotional based on sound doctrine. https://www.baptistbread.com/ Edited July 16, 2020 by SureWord
