Daniel 12:3 says, "And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever."

Daniel essentially is saying that if we are soul=winners, we will have rewards in heaven! Also, think of the multitudes that will be spending eternity in heaven because of the Holy Spirit's efforts through us. The wisdom of soul-winning will keep many people from having to spend eternity in the lake of fire.
