I think you will need to be more specific. Are you talking about an individual or a church?

Another thing to consider would be; if you mean as a church would it be part of the fellowship as in joining the organization, or just fellow-shipping with others?

You will just have to explain in in more depth. I am not sure how four "different" organizations could be a fellowship. But then I am thinking of your word "fellowship" in the context of a convention or some parent type organization to which individual churches belong.
