Members Bakershalfdozen Posted August 6, 2008 Members Share Posted August 6, 2008 If you like Tex-Mex or Cajun style food, you just might like this recipe! 1 box Spanish Rice mix (or your favorite recipe) - cooked according to package directions. 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained 1 can diced tomatoes, drained 1/3 -1/2 cup cooked sausage, chopped Mix together and heat through.
